Peek the World is a free way to look at somewhere else in the world right now. Open the map, press Random Camera, and you land on a live view — a crossing in Tokyo, a harbour in Sydney, a waterhole in Namibia — with the local time and whether it is day or night there.

It currently carries 286 cameras across 41 countries. Every camera page shows where the stream comes from and links back to the original provider.

We do not host, record or re-broadcast any video. Streams play through their provider's own official player, so views and any revenue stay with the people who run the camera.
